the living room, dining area, and newly remodeled kitchen. Also the entry level is a 3/4 bathroom and a game room
featuring a wet bar, billiards table and flat screen TV. Up a
short flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and a full
bath. Up another short flight of stairs, the top floor offers 2
more bedrooms and another 3/4 bath. Last but certainly not least
the home has been COMPLETELY REMODELED and practically everything in it
is BRAND NEW. And no launching everyday as
your boat awaits you in your private slip in the marina.
