Come inside through one of the many sliding glass doors and you'll
appreciate all the touches that have helped to create an inviting and
comfortable living environment. The main level has living and
dining areas with amble seating arrangements (including a pull-out
sleeper sofa) and a kitchen large enough to cook for a crowd. Two
spacious bedrooms and a full bath are down a short hallway.
Downstairs is the master bedroom suite and an additional bedroom as well
as a combination fifth bedroom/game room with bath perfect for the
kids. Sets of bunk beds, futons, pool table and television will
keep the kids entertained in their own private space. An easy walk down
leads to your own private dock and beach area (depending on lake
levels). The whole gang can spread out and enjoy themselves in this
highly desirable home.
Standard conveniences: Direct TV (2), DVD,VCR, central heat and a/c, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, propane bar-b-que, vacuum and cleaning supplies. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Please bring the following items with you: pillows, sheets, bath and beach towels, groceries, dish and laundry soap, first aid, toilet tissue, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, trash & storage bags and spices. If you enjoy miniature golf, please bring putters and golf balls. Ammonia for trash cans will discourage animals from spilling your trash. |
