a big house with a great view? This is the one! For the
teenagers in the group, there is a private bedroom and bath on the entry
level. The next level up has the remaining 3 bedrooms and two
baths. Each bedroom has access to the lower deck. But the
top floor is where its happening! In the great room everyone can
spread on the couches or floor to watch TV, or play a game or cards,
foos ball or bumper pool in the game area. The kitchen is almost
as large as the great room so you can cook (or not cook) to your heart's
content. The kitchen also has a wine refrigerator for your use,
should you choose to visit our local wineries. As big as this
floor is, it still retains a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. But if
your not into cozy, check out the fabulous deck which overlooks the
lake. No matter if your sun bathing, bar-be-queing, socializing or
gazing at the stars in the warm summer night, there is room for
everyone. In fact you will probably spend most of your time, when
your not on the lake of course, on this deck. A private slip in
the marina completes this perfect lake vacation home!
Standard conveniences: Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, blender, coffee maker, microwave, wine fridge, propane bar-b-que, vacuum and cleaning supplies. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Please bring the following items with you: sheets, bath and beach towels, groceries, dish and laundry soap, first aid, toilet tissue, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, trash & storage bags and spices. If you enjoy miniature golf, please bring putters and golf balls. Ammonia for trash cans will discourage animals from spilling your trash. |
