rests on the beautiful waters of Nacimiento. Relax. Now you're on
lake time! With tile floors and counters, the open floor plan
incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. The downstairs
bedroom/den may also serve as an entertainment room. The
comfortable, wood paneled, queen size Murphy bed neatly folds up out of
the way and the room features a wet bar and sliding glass doors that
open onto the deck and offer a panoramic view of the lake. Down
the hill, through a wooded path, your private boat dock awaits you.
Standard conveniences: TV, VCR, Stereo (with controls for 3 separate areas) air conditioning, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, Holland grill, vacuum and cleaning supplies. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Please bring the following items with you: sheets, bath and beach towels, groceries, dish and laundry soap, first aid, toilet tissue, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, trash & storage bags and spices. If you enjoy miniature golf, please bring putters and golf balls. Ammonia for trash cans will discourage animals from spilling your trash. |
